Ravens vs Steelers: Wild Card Edition

Chris Schisler

The Baltimore Ravens have a tough test going to Pittsburgh for a wild card game against the Steelers. Will their trip to Hienz field go differently?

The Steelers are the team that can exploit the Ravens weaknesses the most. Ben Roethlisberger is on fire this season and the Ravens secondary is atrocious.

Pittsburgh is a tough place to play; last time the game snowballed out of control quickly. The Ravens however have a history of coming into the hostile Hienz field and shocking the world. Does anybody remember Joe Flacco’s 92 yard game winning drive, in that building?

If the Ravens run the ball well, and control the game with their offense, then they have a pretty good chance. The Ravens have a stout run defense, a strong red zone defense and an extraordinary pass rush.

Don’t expect a blowout, this will be a tough grind-it-out kind of a football game. The Ravens are going to put up one hell of a fight at the very least.
